Kenneth G.
Myers, wife Kathryn, Ron Rowe and a few friends
began a pipeline contracting firm. Primarily
installing and repairing gas service lines for
Columbia Gas of Ohio in Northwest Ohio. Placing
service lines and gas main lines. |

| Installed
telephone cable lines. First job placing direct
buried cable under a road for Ohio Bell
Telephone Company. Buried cable replaced all
aerial cable in rural areas around Ohio. |

| Expanded
telephone construction efforts. |

 |
| Constructed a
ripper with a tube that cable would feed through
and be placed into the ground as a dozer moved
along. |

| After Kenneth G.
passed away, his wife Kathryn Myers, son Kenneth E.
Myers and friend Ron Rowe ran the business as a
team. |

| Became a leader
in installation of fiber optic cable throughout
Ohio & Michigan. |

After Kathryn passed
away, Kenneth E. Myers took over the operation, Ron
Rowe made vice president.
Under this second
generation's skills and entrepreneurial outlook,
the company went from 15 employees to about
100. Purchased equipment needed to support the
growing telephone construction business. |

| Kenneth E. passed
away. His sons, Todd & Brent, along with Ron
Rowe continue to maintain and grow the Myers
family business. |

celebrates 50 years of service in the
telecommunications industry, and forges ahead to
meet the changes and challenges of high
technology. |
